Pleather Polyurethane
Pleather and UBL tricot:
Black Pleather polyurethane on knit (face) on black UBL tricot on 1/4″ non-clickable poly foam with 3M low-gassing PSA (back)
Soft and comfortable, Looks like Leather, Easy to clean, Very cost efficient – replacable, Velcro compatible
Leather Padding
Use foam backed Leather padding for best possible comfort. Easy to clean with a moisturizing soap (such as Dove) and water (bring it to lather and then wipe)

– The specifications for our leather are as follows: Black penetrated cowhide, medium-soft temper, thickness 3 – 3.5 oz (.045 – .050″).
– Foam strip in back for additional softness.

Breath-O-Prene Strips
Use this Latex free, Breathable comfort liners in the thickness 1.9mm or 3.1mm strip for front top and rear padding. The user will appreciate the comfort.
This type padding also allowes for Logo printing on the headband
